“This tour doesn't make much sense if you're starting from Rovaniemi. It's a very long drive and the activity itself is way too short. You spend a whole day on it. The guide is basically just there for transportation. We were picked up in an old car with a broken door and were indirectly criticized by the guide for opening the door too wide because they would then have to pay for the repairs themselves. We found that really unpleasant. Of course, we didn't do it on purpose. This incident left us with an unpleasant feeling, so we no longer felt comfortable.
