The company provides overalls and crampons (spikes) for the feet which really kept us from slipping on the snowy paths. Our guide, Walter, was fun and informative, taking great care of the group. He was dedicated to taking great photos at different angles of everyone in the group in iconic viewpoints. He also carried hot water to make cocoa in the middle of our hike and cooked sausages for us during the bbq time. Met some great people. I highly recommend this tour!Read more”

“We took a tour of the waterfalls on Nov 20, 2025. The waterfalls were beautiful. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our tour guide, but he was extremely patient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! I believe it was his first time leading a waterfall tour. He did a great job!!! I'd like to thank him for being very patient with us while we were walking up steep inclines. I had to pause a few times and he waited patiently each time. Seeing the waterfalls is well worth the walk.”

“The 1 hour Snowmobile Safari started at 9.40am with pick-up and drop-off did not occur until 4.40pm (7hours for less than 1 hour of driving). We were picked-up by friendly staff and taken into the office (9 minute drive from our accommodation). From there we had to argue to be given the proctive clothes that were promised. An hour later we hoped into the Mini vans and we weren't told until they started driving that the fields were going to be a 1 hour 20 minute drive each way. There were no toliets available to get food or drinks for lunch etc. The snowmobile ride itself was ok, very slow…”

“El tour fue genial, la guía (no recuerdo su nombre con exactitud porque es finés pero podría ser Ira ó Aira) era muy amable y simpática, nos contó varias historias y leyendas y estuvo muy pendiente del grupo. Hizo unas salchichas que estaban muy buenas, y nubes también con bebidas calientes. Tuvimos la suerte de contemplar brevemente la aurora en un par de ocasiones. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en ésta experiencia y habríamos repetido de no ser por el frío, que no lo soportamos 😂”
