“Paid €110 for a trip to Ranua zoo, not private. This could have been €13 on a bus & €23 on entry. There is 9 benefit to the tour. No mention that nearly all animals won't be visible this time of year (November). & the tour mentions that it is guided, but it is not. You are driven to the zoo, & told to go in, that's it, but you pay a €71 premium, providing no additional value to catching the bus yourself. Big waste of money. Highly advisable to not get this tour. Also got threatened with police after asking for a refund haha”
